Hind Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Trading Window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Board meeting to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
