With reference to the earlier letter dated February 06, 2016 informing about holding a Board Meeting on February 13, 2016 to approve the Un-audited Accounts of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015, Hind Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting could not be held for want of Quorum.
