Mr. Balesh Kumar Bargee, is appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), of the Company, with effect from August 04, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Ms. Nidhi Binnani, is appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from August 04, 2014.
