Hindalco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors vide their resolution dated September 09, 2014 has allotted 97,670 - equity shares of par value of Rs. 1/- to the optionees as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.
