HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Hindalco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended the payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year Commencing on April 01, 2014 up to March 31, 2015, to the Equity Shareholders @ Rs. 1/- per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1/- each subject to shareholders and other approvals.<BR><BR>The Dividend will be paid /dispatched within five days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
