HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. - Hindalco Industries Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Hindalco Industries Ltd with respect to news article appearing in DNA Money on February 16, 2015 titled " Hindalco bags Kathautia mine for Rs 228cr"<BR><BR>Hindalco Industries Ltd replied stating "We state that we have participated in the e-auction for Kathautia coal mine held on February 15, 2015 in accordance with the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Second Ordinance, 2014/Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Rules, 2014. <BR>The results of the bid are yet to be communicated by the concerned authority."
