Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Equity Shareholders of Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd. at the Court Convened Meeting, held on January 15, 2011, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation The Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd with The Sirdar Carbonic Gas Company Ltd with overwhelming majority.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its Order dated April 01, 2011 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd. with The Sirdar Carbonic Gas Company Ltd.
