This is with regard to intimation on change in name of RTA from "Integrated Enterprises (India) Limited" to "Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited". The Company has not entered into ny revised agreement, since the Company is in the final stage of amalgamating with Ashok Leyland Limited.
