A meeting of Buyback Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 27, 2023, subject to Shareholders' approval, inter-alia, to consider and approve the final terms and conditions of Buyback of Equity Shares of the Company, including fixing of Record Date for the purpose of the Buyback.
