1. The Register of Members and Share Transfer will remain closed from Saturday, 24th September, 2022 to Friday, 30th September, 2022 for the purpose of AGM. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 44, we have provided the facility to vote by electronics means (e-voting) on all resolutions mentioned in the notice of AGM to those members, who are holding shares either in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e Friday, 23rd September, 2022. 3. The remote e-voting will commence at 9:00 A.M on Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 and end at 5:00 pm (IST) on Thursday, 29th September, 2022.
