Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 (i.e. April 01, 2014 to June 30, 2014) and also considering various options for raising long term funds by way of issuance of Equity Shares and / or any other securities convertible into Equity Shares in accordance with the Regulations prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India.
