HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD. - HCC Concessions to sell its stake in Rs.1,420-cr Dhule Palesner Tollway Ltd to the Sadbhav Group

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that HCC Concessions Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to sell its stake in Dhule Palesner Tollway Ltd to the Sadbhav Group.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated April 16, 2015, titled "HCC Concessions to sell its stake in Rs.1,420-cr Dhule Palesner Tollway Ltd to the Sadbhav Group".
