Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2016, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rajgopal Nogja as the Group CEO of the Company w.e.f. May 03, 2016. Pursuant to his appointment, Mr. Rajgopal Nogja has stepped down from the Board of Directors as Whole Time Director w.e.f. May 02, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Mr. N. R. Acharyulu, has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.
