This is to inform you that Mr. Anil Singhvi (DIN- 00239589), Independent Director of the Company has, vide his attached letter dated December 23, 2021, submitted his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 23, 2021, to meet the regulatory requirement with respect to holding of maximum number of independent directorships in listed companies. The details required under the Regulation 30 of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No- CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given in Annexure A.
