Trading Window for dealing in the shares of Hindustan Copper Ltd will remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Designated Persons from 28th March, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
