Board of Hindustan Copper Ltd in its meeting held on April 7, 2021 has, inter alia, considered and approved the condensed interim unaudited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) as of and for the nine months period ended December 31, 2020 comprising the Balance Sheet as at December 31, 2020, Profit and Loss Account, Statement of other comprehensive income, Statement of Cash Flows and Statement of Changes in Equity for the nine months ended December 31, 2020, along with the notes thereto (the 'Condensed Financial Information') and the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon for special purpose.
