HINDUSTAN COPPER LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of Hindustan Copper Ltd will remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021.
