Pardha Saradhi, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, have appointed Mr. G. Ramakrishna as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2015.
