Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 the Trading Window will remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 12, 2014 as the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2014, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.
