Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2015-16.
