This is to inform you that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall stand closed to the Designated Persons of the Company from July 01, 2024 and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
