Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Shri S. Roy Choudhury - Chairman and Managing Director has retired from the services of the Corporation on attaining age of superannuation effective February 28, 2014 (PM).<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, MOPandNG vide letter dated November 13, 2013 appointed Smt. Nishi Vasudeva as Chairman and Managing Director and Smt. Nishi Vasudeva has assumed the charge as Chairman and Managing Director of the Corporation effective March 01, 2014.
