HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD. - Divestment of Shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates Private Limited

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement with M/s Brigade Properties Private Limited, the Company has divested its entire shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates Private Limited (BBREPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in favour of M/s. Brigade Properties Private Limited, a subsidiary of M/s. Brigade Enterprises Limited.<BR><BR>Consequently, BBREPL ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 23, 2015.
