HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the trading window disclosures by the Companies and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the trading window of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2015 till 48 hrs of the declaration of the unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter end June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The same has been informed to designated employees of the Company.
