Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2017, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>- approved the appointment of Mr. Dev Bajpai as Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. Dev Bajpai shall continue to act as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. A copy of the Press Release issued in this regard is also attached herewith.
