Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from April 1, 2015 till the next day of the declaration of Annual Financial Results for the financial year 2014-15 of the Company.
