The facility of Remote E-voting will commence on Sunday the 08th Sep, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. and ends on Tuesday the 10th Sep, 2019 at 05:00 P.M.<BR> <BR> The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain close from 05th Sep, 2019 to 11th Sep, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.<BR>
