HINDUSTAN ZINC LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2015, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 125% (Rs. 2.50 per share) for the year 2014-2015, which would be paid subject to the share holders approval.
