Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 29 2014, has further extended the tenure of Mr. Akhilesh Joshi as CEO and Whole-time director for a period of 18 months w.e.f. April 01, 2014 to September 30, 2015.
