HINDUSTAN ZINC LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2014, inter alia, had recommended final dividend @ 95% (Rs. 1.90 per share) for the year 2013-2014 which would be paid subject to the share holders approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on June 24, 2014.<br/><br/>The total dividend for the year 2013-14 is 175% i.e. Rs. 3.50 per share of Rs. 2/- each.
