Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Policy - 2015 (Code), of the Company, the Trading Window remains closed upto February 12, 2017 for all the designated persons defined in the Code.
