Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2014 to May 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 24, 2014.
