Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the Government of India, Ministry of Mines vide their letter dated Dec 29, 2016 informed that Smt. Reena Sihha Puri has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect, in place of Shri. Nikunja Bihari Dhal.
