Corporate Capital Venture Private Limited ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 3(1) and 4 read with Regulation 13(4), 14(3), 15(2) and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and subsequent amendment thereto, to the Public Equity Shareholders of HKG Ltd ("Target Company").
