Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificate, as per enclosed details, in lieu of the original Share Certificates reported to be lost/misplaced by the Shareholder.<BR> <BR> The aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholder and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company on August 29, 2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above information on record and notify your constituents accordingly.
