Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the company has issued Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of Original Share Certificate reported to be lost/misplaced by the shareholder. The duplicate share certificate have been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the shareholder and pursuant to the approval accorded by Stakeholders relationship Committee of the Company.
