Honeywell Automation India Ltd has informed BSE that in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 21, 2015, M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co. Bangalore, Chartered Accountants retired as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants were appointed as Statutory Auditors for the terms of 5 years i.e. from the conclusion of the said AGM (2015) till the conclusion of AGM for Financial year 2019-2020.
