Noting of resignation of Ms. Sneha Padve as Company Secretary w.e.f. May 04, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Ms. Sangeet Hunjan as Company Secretary (KMP) w.e.f. May 25, 2015. Ms. Sangeet Hunjan has also been designated as Compliance Officer.
