Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd - Record Date As 28 March, 2020 (Saturday)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board in its meeting held on Wednesday, the 18th March, 2020 i.e. today has approved, the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2019-20 @ 7.5% ,Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs.10/- each.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Saturday, the 28th March, 2020 has been fixed as Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend.<BR> <BR> The process for payment of Interim Dividend will start from 30th March, 2020 and the same will be completed within 30 days of its declaration.<BR>
