Considered to issue security up to US$ 350 million subject to approval of the shareholders at the forth coming annual general meeting.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of code of Fair Disclosure under revised Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
