Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, has promoted Mr. K. P. Devassy as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Group HDIL and appointed Mr. Darshan Majmudar as Chief Financial Officer in addition to his duties as Company Secretary of the Company.
