Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on May 25, 2015 allotted 7,01,765 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,11,46,600 consisting of 157,55,73,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
