HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 13 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2014-15. The dividend if approved by the Members will be dispatched/ remitted commencing from the day after the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total dividend for the year (including the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share) is Rs. 15 per equity share as against Rs. 14 per equity share for the previous year.
