HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. - Completion of Transfer of Shares

With reference to the earlier intimation dated August 14, 2015, wherein the Corporation had informed the stock exchanges, that subject to receipt of requisite approvals, the Corporation would sell 9%stake ("shares") inHDFC Standard Lifelnsurance Company Limited (HDFC Life), a subsidiary of the Corporation, to Standard Life (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Limited.<BR><BR>Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has further informed BSE that pursuant to the receipt of the requisite approvals, the Corporation has completed the transfer of the said shares.
