HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2022, for considering, inter-alia, the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results together with Segment wise Revenue, Results, Segment wise Assets and Liabilities for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
