Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated person including their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022.
