HT MEDIA LTD. - Updates on Subsidiary

HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that HT Digital Media Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has transferred its entire shareholding of 50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each in HT Information Services Limited. Accordingly, HT Information Services Limited has ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company i.e., HT Media Limited.
