HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
