HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>- Dr. Mukesh Aghi, a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. March 23, 2015.<BR><BR>- Shri Priyavrat Bhartia, a Whole-time Director of the Company, has relinquished the office of Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. March 23, 2015. Shri Priyavrat Bhartia will, however, continue as Director simpliciter (Non-Executive).
