We wish to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with Company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2022.
